Our real estate investment, development, and management company, located in Champaign, Illinois is looking to hire a Finance Manager to coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting and investment activities. Analyze capital purchase, property acquisition and development, financial risks, and valuation of residential and commercial properties, including bundling and turn-key solutions. Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements using the fundamental principles of accounting and auditing. Prepare financial position forecasts, annual budgets and reports required by regulatory agencies. Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.

Master’s Degree in Accounting or academic equivalent is required. Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM (40 hours per week).
